Delete it yourself (fastest)
In the SubPassport app for iPhone or Android, or at app.subpassport.com:
- Sign in.
- Open Settings & account (at the bottom of your dashboard).
- Under Delete account, type DELETE and tap Permanently delete my account.
Go to Settings › Delete account
Or ask us
Email hello@subpassport.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll confirm and delete it.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: company name, email, phone, city, trade and password hash.
- Every document you uploaded and the files themselves, plus the dates and details read from them.
- Your passport share link, your contractor / sub connections and open COI requests.
- Your sign-in account and the push-notification tokens for your phones.
Deletion is immediate in our live systems. Backups roll off on their normal schedule. We keep only records the law requires, such as payment records for paid plans.
