How it works

1. 1. Sub uploads docs and types the expiration date. No scanning in this version.
2. 2. Share one link. Every GC sees the same live status and can open the files.
3. 3. We email the sub's agent at 30, 14 and 3 days when a COI is coming due. The agent replies with the PDF. The sub confirms the dates we read. The contractor button is only a backup.
